I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease just over 10 years ago in Queensland. At the time it was very rare and as you maybe all aware, it is usually a great amount of health problems and symptoms that are suffered before tests conclude that a gluten free diet is medically recommended. As restrictive as the diet seemed to be, especially 10 years ago when there was absolutely nothing to choose from on the market, and cooking you own cakes and bread was necessary. It improved my health enormously and my energy levels increased dramatically, I felt normal again. This was timely for a young mum, (as I was then ), cooking for my child who at 6 months old, also had wheat and milk intolerences. When I came to Victoria, I was delighted to find a greater choice of products at health shops and at the supermarkets. For a very brief time I worked in a cafe the provided G.F. Food.
As often as possible, I have researched the benefits of a G.F. Diet, especially in the area of Autism and other Neurological disorders and for people with behavourial difficulties. This diet has even been known to improve the wellbeing of people with certain blood groups.
I have noticed that fellow Coeliacs offer a great deal of support and understanding to each other, we seem to be able to share our stories and make a great connection, a G.F. Community in fact!
This brings me to Gluten Free Favourites! Leanne and Luke not only supply a fabulous range of G.F. Foods but they offer a very supportive service. It is wonderful to get low prices too!. A great deal of information is provided for their clients. I really look foward to my GFF delivery and so do my kids! Their fantastic website is increasing awareness and education of the diet and the links to improving mental and physical health. Which I believe assists many families find healing and improvements to pre-existing conditions, that otherwise may have continued without such knowledge.

You really did well with your box of goodies for Mum. She was very excited and thrilled with the products. She was even more thrilled with some of the products that you can’t buy in regular shops. Thank you again for your exceptional service. By the way, whenever I order stuff from you, I have my little helper or advisor (Janice) who helps to select the products. When the box arrives I tell her when I meet her at the gate after school......and then you have never seen a child run so fast down the driveway (over 150m) to get to the box first. We returned from our 3 1/2 weeks in Australia. And thanks in large part to you, our holiday was fabulous. Our food was waiting at each of the 4 addresses, we ate it all, and shared everything except the 2 kinds of chocolate cookies/biscuits. The chocolate silk cake was as good as you described.

As someone very new to this whole gluten free diet concept, I found your site to be extremely information and useful. I only found out that gluten and wheat product may be causing me an issue as of Tuesday of this week, when I received the results of a food allergy test performed as part of my studies in Naturopathy.
My first action was to jump on the web and do some research. I am pleased to say that despite the many sites available your stood out as prominent. The real attraction being that I was able to read about the different food products available and then actually select and order them - I am a big one for shopping online.
I also loved the updated email notifying me when the goods had been despatched. Also FYI - I compared your prices on some of the products with those being charged at my local health food store and in some cases yours were 50% cheaper! (Note not a hint to increase your prices!)
So all in all - I have been left very impressed and will definitely be back! Congratulations on a great site and thankyou for providing wonderful service.
