We use Fastway to delivery your goods quickly and at a reasonable cost, as well as Australia Post ParcelPost services.
Fastway have an extensive road delivery network that services most Australian cities and towns, and even some rural and remote areas. Australia Post deliver to these, and other deliverable addresses in Australia - see note 1.
Your goods will be dispatched by the next business day after placing your order. If you choose Fastway to deliver your goods and you not home, Fastway with leave a note and a number to call to organise a more convenient time for delivery.
We provide you with delivery charges and an estimate delivery times at checkout for both Fastway and Australia Post - allowing you to select the delivery method that best suits you.

Out of stock policy
On rare occasions we may be unable to provide a specific product you order. In this case, we will try and contact you. We can hold your order until stock arrives, or provide you with credit towards your next order.
Returns and refunds
We are dedicated in providing you with the highest quality goods. If you find that goods were damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation. If warrented, we will provide you with a credit towards your next order for the purchase price of the damaged goods. We will organise for the return of goods if credit is provided.
Returns will not be accepted 24 hours after the goods are received by you.
Gluten Free Favourites only supply foods from gluten free food manufacturers that have the highest quality standards. If for any reason you receive goods that do not meet these high standards, please contact the manufacturer, or Gluten Free Favourites.
Note 1 - For Fastway delivery to some rural and remote areas, goods will be delivered to the closest practicable point. In this situation, Fastway will call you to organise a pickup point and time. |
